How this site is built
- Semantic headings and landmarks, with one main heading per page.
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible focus indicators on links, buttons and other controls.
- Keyboard operation for the menu, the project filters and every control.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning, and empty alternatives for decorative ones.
- Colors chosen for readable contrast against their backgrounds.
- Respect for the operating system reduced-motion preference.
- Full page content in the served HTML, so every page reads without client-side scripting.
- The capability statement is a readable, printable web page rather than a downloadable document.
