James M. Gordon, PMP
Managing Partner
James founded CULTIVA and leads the firm's strategy, client relationships and program direction. His background spans federal consulting, project management, process improvement, international business, workforce development and technology.
Eric Myers, Esq.
Chief Legal Officer and Partner
Eric oversees legal affairs, contracts, negotiations and corporate compliance. His background includes business law, dispute resolution, international education and stakeholder facilitation.
Stephanie Knowles Coleman, MBA, CSP-SM
Senior Program Manager and Quality Assurance Lead
Stephanie provides senior program management, quality assurance and facilitation support. She serves as the contractual Project Manager for CULTIVA's active USGS ShakeAlert CSIP-E engagement.
Zachary Baca Hartke, MA
Research Lead and Project Manager
Zachary leads research, technical writing and day-to-day project management. His current work includes ShakeAlert research, stakeholder evidence development and federal program support.
Aaron Miles
Account Manager
Aaron brings more than 15 years in international development, including education program leadership at USAID and operations at Jefferson Consulting Group. He supports CULTIVA's EXIM travel operations and GO.gov users.
Keith Ross Butler
Lead Facilitator and Change Management Advisor
CULTIVA delivery partner
Keith leads partnering sessions, workshops and change-management engagements. His work draws on project management, Prosci change management, agile methods and MIT xPRO training.
Kevin A. Bernard, CPA, JD
Financial Management and Internal Controls Subject-Matter Expert
CULTIVA delivery partner
Kevin advises on federal financial management, internal controls and audit readiness. His experience includes OMB Circular A-123, internal control over financial reporting and agency financial reporting.
How we work

- Scope, milestones, level of effort and deliverables are agreed at the start of the period of performance and tracked throughout.
- Clients receive the records, reports and other work products identified in the contract or task order.
- We work as a prime contractor through our own vehicles and in defined subcontract roles for other contractors.
