Today we are pleased to introduce Brenda Turcios, an essential member of the CULTIVA team whose expertise strengthens both our internal operations and our client-facing work.

With a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications and more than ten years of experience across federal agencies and private organizations, Brenda brings deep knowledge in financial analysis, operational management, and strategic communications. Her background includes event coordination, financial analytics, and process development — competencies that are critical to CULTIVA’s mission.

In her role as Consultant, Brenda supports ongoing contracts on-site and leads internal projects related to Business Development. She provides financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting; develops SOPs and proposals; and enhances reporting through tools like Power BI and QuickBooks, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and measurable results.
